Please note that any requests for refunds or cancellations will be reviewed and processed by our customer service team in compliance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and associated documentation that you will enter into with us such as the Booking Forms, Agreement for Sale etc. The details and conditions of refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms of the said specific transactions or agreements.
